I have never been so entertained by a more suspenseful, and romantic book series. The romantic characters and their gay relationships were hot , beautiful and humorous beyond belief. The dialogue is outstanding. I am heterogeneous, yet I thoroughly enjoyed a connection with the characters in and out of bed. Please complete the series.Product details

This was an awesome book that is the second in this series. The paranormal and magical elements in this book and having worlds paralleling each other lends such a wide range that the author can explore and write for us. Can't wait until the next one in this series
Oh...My...Gosh. The plot has really thickened in this addition to the Everlight series. Yes, the basic story of this book is the relationship between Tony and Leo (Silk) but the on going plot dealing with the magical drugs and human trafficking across several realities is really engrossing. The characters are amazing and each has his/her place in the grand scheme. As with the first book in the series (An Evidence of Magic), this book read more of a crime drama with very little magic (except for Sable healing a certain accident prone detective repeatedly). A new reality is brought to our attention in this book and the authors did such a fantastic job building it that it was easy to envision. Yes, there is sexual tension between the main characters but little actual sex (easily skipped over if that is not your thing). The book does not end in a cliffhanger but the game is still afoot. I cannot wait for the next addition to the series to find out what happens next. Who's up for a game of chess?

Hiro finally settled on a nick name for Sable. He and his Magic Man play a fairly decent sized role in this story.
This series is amazing...I just love the plot and how things are getting deep .... I also loved Tony and Silk together as well... I can't wait for the next book.... Hopefully I will not have to wait too long ...
What made this book so good? Tony, Tony, Tony! And oh yeah, Silk too. And Hiro and Sable. And even Hocinka too! This is a great cast if characters, but Tony stole my heart. He's affable and oh so lovable. Can't wait for book 3. Hoping to see more of Ami & Santiago (maybe?)
Once again I am in awe of the talented skills used in bringing life to the story and the characters. I grow more in love with this series, and find it hard to wait for book 3 to be released. Great plotting, strong characterization and a thread of humor throughout which balances with the suspense. Highly recommended!!!
Very enjoyable sequel to Book 1. Just as in the first book,
the MC s work through their differences despite their struggles. It's refreshing to see mature relationships develop without all of the angst on one hand or easy "love at first glance" on the other. Looking forward to Book 3; hope it's not too long of a wait!
This is a fun series. I find myself wishing the books came out a bit more frequently because I tend to forget what happened in the previous book, not because they weren’t good, simply because I read a lot and unless the storyline is pretty unforgettable, I get lost. These books aren’t unforgettable, but they are pretty good. The characters are interesting, as is the ongoing plot. I look forward to reading more.
